The Impact You’ll Drive
You’ll be responsible for optimizing and managing German Shopify stores. From planning seasonal campaigns to ensuring smooth store operations and analyzing performance data, your work will directly influence revenue growth and customer experience.
What Success Looks Like in Your First Months
• Oversee seasonal updates, promotions, and campaigns aligned with the German market
• Ensure timely asset delivery with designers and project tracking via ClickUp
• Monitor store performance, apps, and reviews for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with email and media teams to maximize conversions and revenue
Who You Are / Skills & Experience
• Fluent in German with strong market knowledge
• Hands-on Shopify management experience for e-commerce brands
• Proficient in website calendar planning and project tracking
• Able to coordinate with designers, analyze store data, monitor apps, and optimize reviews
• Collaborates effectively with marketing teams
Role Expectation
Role type: Independent contractor (must be based in Germany)
Work model: 100% remote
Time tracking: Hubstaff
Compensation: Hourly rate + performance bonuses; monthly stipend from 3rd month; annual increment; health insurance from 2nd year
