The challenge:

The business is expanding rapidly and your contribution now will directly shape our growth trajectory and financial stability. As our Junior Financial Controller, you’ll build accurate cashflow forecasts and financial reports across multiple stores and markets. Your insights will help leadership make strategic, high-impact decisions.

Who We’re Looking For

- 6+ months experience in finance or related roles.

- Excel expert, confident with numbers.

- Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive.

- Comfortable handling multiple currencies.

- Knowledge of Exact Online is a plus.

Success Drivers in the First 90 Days

Build an interactive cashflow forecast that informs leadership decisions.

Role Type: Fixed-Term Employment (Netherlands-based)

Work Model: Hybrid, 1x/week in office, rest remote, fully flexible

Time Tracking: Hubstaff

Compensation: starting from €5,000/month (negotiable plus performance bonuses)
