Your Role’s Impact
As an AI Automation Engineer - Customer Service, you will:
• Improve AI-generated responses to reduce errors and improve NPS.
• Automate workflows that reduce refunds and disputes.
• Support team leads in monitoring KPIs and resolving escalations.
• Prototype new AI-driven processes that increase operational scalability.

• Proven experience in AI, Python, and operational automation.
• Strategic problem-solver with hands-on experience in improving AI systems.

Success Drivers in the First 90 Days
• Refine AI tools, implement improvements, and deliver measurable impact on KPIs such as refunds, disputes, and customer satisfaction.
Role Type: Fixed-Term Employment (Netherlands-based)
Work Model: Hybrid, at least 1x/week in office, rest remote
Time Tracking: Hubstaff
Compensation: From €3.200–€4.800/month - negotiable — plus performance bonuses
