Your Role's Impact
Our business is scaling rapidly — your contributions now will directly influence AI-driven operational excellence and customer satisfaction. As our AI Customer Service Engineer, you’ll develop, maintain, and optimize AI tools that enhance efficiency across our customer service teams. Your work ensures smooth operations while improving the customer experience.
Who We’re Looking For
- Technical expertise in AI and Python (self-taught or formal experience).
- Experience improving and maintaining AI systems in operational settings.
- Strategic problem-solver who identifies inefficiencies and automates processes.
- Experienced in collaborating with team leads to align technology with operations.
- Structured, proactive, and able to take ownership of outcomes.
- Based in the Netherlands.
Success Drivers in the First 90 Days
Optimize existing AI workflows and implement improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Things to Know:
Role Type: Fixed-Term Employment (Netherlands-based)
Work Model: Hybrid, at least 1x/week in office, rest remote, fully flexible
Time Tracking: Hubstaff
Compensation: From €3.200–€4.800/month — negotiable plus performance-based incentives
