€20–€30/hour | Hybrid (1 day per week in Nieuwegein, Utrecht)
We’re looking for a freelance AI Customer Service Engineer to help build, improve, and maintain the AI tools that power our customer service teams.

Your Responsibilities
• Train and improve AI assistants using customer service data
• Build automations that streamline ticket handling
• Test, monitor, and adjust AI behaviors
• Structure prompts, knowledge bases, and workflows
• Contribute to scalable AI systems used across multiple brands
Ideal Candidate
• Experience in AI ops, customer service systems, or automation
• Problem-solver with strong analytical thinking
• Able to work independently and deliver consistent quality
