AI Customer Service Engineer (Freelance / Independent Contractor)
€20–€30/hour | Hybrid (1 day per week in-office in Nieuwegein, Utrecht)
At GT Ecom, we're building scalable, AI-powered customer service solutions across multiple brands and markets. As our AI Customer Service Engineer, you’ll play a key role in improving our customer support operations by developing, training, and optimizing the AI systems that support our teams daily.
You’ll collaborate closely with our Customer Service, Tech, and Operations teams to translate real customer scenarios into structured data, build automation workflows, and ensure our AI systems remain accurate, consistent, and aligned with our brand communication.
What You’ll Do
• Train and refine AI customer service bots using real support data
• Build automations that reduce handling time
• Analyze ticket patterns and propose improvements
• Monitor and maintain AI performance across brands
• Strengthen the collaboration between AI systems and human agents
What We’re Looking For
• Experience with LLM tools, AI operations, or workflow automation
• Strong analytical and structural thinking
• Experience with prompt engineering or fine-tuning is a plus
• Independent, detail-oriented, and fast-moving
This role is hybrid — we require 1 day per week in our Nieuwegein, Utrecht office, with the rest remote and flexible.
