We’re looking for a senior-level Supply Chain Manager based in Turkey to help us explore and set up a full dropshipping supply chain from Turkey to Western Europe!
The Challenge
This is a new and exciting role where you’ll be instrumental in building our Turkey operations from the ground up. If successful, this role will eventually grow into leading a team — but for now, you’ll be the key driver of research, supplier connections, and logistics setup.
Early Success Milestones for this role
- Completed setup of a full dropshipping supply chain from Turkey.
- Established network of reliable suppliers and logistics partners.
- Shipping capacity scaled up to 500+ orders/day from Turkey to Western Europe within the first 90 days.
- Proven ability to work independently and deliver results in a new market.
Your Team When You Join Us
You’ll be reporting directly to our Head of Supply Chain and collaborating with our global operations team. You’ll be the first to establish our supply chain operations in Turkey, with the opportunity to grow the function into a full team once the foundation is in place.
We would love to hear from you if…
- You have have at least 5+ years of supply chain management experience, ideally in Turkey, with proven expertise in dropshipping operations (preferably from Turkey to Europe).
- You have strong existing network with factories and manufacturers, preferably in fashion.
- You have demonstrated experience in managing logistics and supplier relationships.
- You are knowledgeable of shipping companies and processes from Turkey to Europe.
- You are able to work independently and set up new supply chain infrastructure from scratch.
- You have hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- This is not a salaried position. This is an Independent Contractor role.
- This role is only for candidates who are currently based in Turkey.
- You must be able to commit at least 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
- We require everybody in the team to use Hubstaff (https://hubstaff.com/) to track hours worked.
Compensation
We pay on an hourly basis — we’re open to reviewing rates based on experience and expertise. This role may have performance incentives.
