The Challenge
- Learning and Growing in a Fast-Paced E-commerce Environment
Managing and scaling multiple Shopify stores requires sharp execution and quick learning. As a Junior Marketer, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting CRO, AOV, and paid media initiatives, while learning how to balance tailored strategies for each store with overall brand cohesion.
- Supporting High-Stakes Marketing Campaigns
Our team manages $1M–$5M in monthly marketing spend across Facebook, Google, and other platforms. As a Junior Marketer, you’ll play an active role in supporting campaigns, analyzing results, and helping optimize performance in both US and EU markets. It’s an opportunity to learn how large-scale e-commerce marketing works while making an impact right away.
Early Success Milestones for this role
- Assist in increasing conversion rates across key marketing channels
- Support Facebook ad campaigns through audience targeting, testing, and reporting
- Help maximize revenue from email marketing by improving campaign execution and engagement
We would love to hear from you if…
- You are looking for an exciting junior-level marketing role — you may be a fresh graduate or have 1–2 years of experience in marketing.
- You have experience with Shopify and e-commerce, either from a prior role, internship, or hands-on projects.
- You’ve been part of a marketing team working with high monthly ad spend budgets (or are eager to learn from one).
- You are passionate about digital marketing and eager to gain deeper experience in media buying, SEO, CRO, and email marketing.
- You have exposure to or interest in targeting audiences across the EU and US markets.
- You are proactive, eager to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where testing and innovation are part of everyday work.
- Experience in the fashion industry is a plus but not required.

Your Team When You Join Us
You’ll join a dynamic marketing team working across multiple Shopify brands worldwide. You will also have the chance to work directly with our CEO, Thomas Mulder, and gain valuable exposure to the e-commerce space while contributing to impactful projects.
Let’s Set Expectations First
- You must be able to commit at least 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
- We require everybody in the team to use Hubstaff (https://hubstaff.com/) to track hours worked.
Compensation
We pay on an hourly basis.
